Healthy Families Lane County offers free individualized parent support for expecting parents and those with a newborn baby.

As you add a new member to your family, Family Support Specialists can offer help
with managing your stress, sharing the latest research about brain development, working toward goals you set for yourself, and accessing any resources that are helpful to you. Services are tailored to your particular family, and can take place in a variety of settings, including your home.

This is a free, voluntary program, and can continue until your child is 3 years old.
