What's Happening At Parenting Now
Holiday Cheer Program
Our goal is to provide 80 of the families we serve in the Healthy Families Lane County program with $50 gift cards to use at their discretion—whether it's for groceries, gas, or holiday presents for their children. This project provides a wonderful opportunity for you to demonstrate your dedication to the welfare of children and families in our community.
Child Care in Oregon
Join Quality Care Connections, Lane County's Child Care Resource Agency, on December 6 from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm, to learn about your options for care. This one-hour Zoom session will inform you: about the different types of child care; how to find care that meets your needs; what quality child care looks like; how to get help paying for child care; and, how to stay home to care for your own child while earning an income as a family child care provider.
Join us on Saturday, December 17 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am for a virtual discussion group on how to create a successful bedtime routine that reduces bedtime challenges, including refusing sleep and getting out of bed. FREE to attend for families in Lane County and surrounding areas! Registration required for this discussion group on Zoom.
