Parenting Now! has been offering parenting education and support to parents in Lane County, Oregon since 1978.
Parenting Groups
Parenting Now! offers parenting groups and support for families of young children in Lane County, Oregon.
We offer a variety of programs that support the needs of parents with children from birth to 8.
A professional parenting educator facilitates each group and follows a carefully developed curriculum. Each session includes group discussion about topics that are important to parents from a variety of backgrounds.

We have specific programs for the following age groups:

We also have groups for parents based on their situation or specific needs:
- Program for Young Parents (under 22)
- Make Parenting A Pleasure (high stress levels)
- Crecer (completely in Spanish)
- Squishtivities (playing is learning, for parents and children ages 2.5 – 5 years old)

Healthy Families at Parenting Now! Free, voluntary, evidence-based home visiting program for new parents, accredited with Healthy Families America. Home visits may begin prenatally up until the baby is three months old, and continue until the child’s third birthday. Weekly visits focus on welcoming the new baby into the family, and supporting parents in creating the family they want. Home Visitors share information and support around parent/child bonding and attachment, health and safety, parenting and community referrals.
