Heather is Parenting Now's Make Parenting A Pleasure Program Manager. She loves working with parents and caregivers and is passionate about mental health and helping others. In her time at home, she enjoys being with her family and pets, camping, gardening, and listening to music.
Meredith Tufts
Meredith is a Parenting Educator and the Program Manager for the First Three Years program. She loves her work with families, and enjoys exploring the outdoors in all sorts of weather with her family, snowshoeing, dancing in the rain, digging in the garden, and backpacking in the woods.
Ali Johnson
Ali has been a Parenting Educator with Parenting Now for 3 1/2 years. She loves connecting families with one another, helping them create the tribe they need for support, and giving them tools to make their parenting journey easier. She also loves being in nature, spending time with my family and friends, and watching the sunrise with a warm cup of coffee.

Michael Finlay
Michael is a Parenting Educator, parent coach-in-training, and advocate for fatherhood. He runs This is Fatherhood, LLC and This is Fatherhood Blog and is committed to building a community of fathers and parents that are fully engaged with their children and families. Michael is a father of an 8-year old son and a 5-year old daughter and has been happily married for 13 years to his high school sweetheart. Michael is quick to point out that he is not an "expert," but has a lot of experience and learned knowledge and is excited about sharing the highs and lows of parenting with others so that he can also be the best dad for his kids.
Kalina Glover Moresi
Kalina received her Master’s of Education in Curriculum and Teaching from the University of Oregon and continues her career as a licensed teacher. She has been in the teaching community for over 20 years and has wide experience from directing a preschool to teaching school psychology doctoral students on how to become teachers.
Jen Nelson
Jen is our Make Parenting A Pleasure Parenting Educator in Florence. Jen enjoys meeting new families, learning about their family culture and supporting parents in being the best parents that they can be.
Sean Cohen
Sean started his career in child development at Cal Poly Humboldt, engaging in several service orientated jobs like street outreach and service learning coordination. Upon graduation, Sean and his wife joined the Peace Corps where they served two years in Yambol, Bulgaria. There, he worked in a center for social support, a day center for children with special needs, and a home for children denied parental care. Sean has also worked at Head Start in Portland, and Google's Children Center in Mountain View California. Sean just recently became a father, and we are thrilled to have him on our team.
