Heather Gray

Heather is Parenting Now's Make Parenting A Pleasure Program Manager. She loves working with parents and caregivers and is passionate about mental health and helping others. In her time at home, she enjoys being with her family and pets, camping, gardening, and listening to music.


Meredith Tufts

Meredith is a Parenting Educator and the Program Manager for the First Three Years program. She loves her work with families, and enjoys exploring the outdoors in all sorts of weather with her family, snowshoeing, dancing in the rain, digging in the garden, and backpacking in the woods.

Skyler Wiseman

Skyler joined Parenting Now in 2022. She is a Parenting Educator and professional development trainer for the Make Parenting a Pleasure program. She studied Early Childhood in Reggio Emilia, Italy and in Boston, Massachusetts. Skyler celebrated her retirement from teaching early childhood science education in St Louis, Missouri with earning her doctorate in education, moving to the PNW and becoming a grandmother!


Kenda Pitetti

Kenda joined Parenting Now's team this fall as a Parenting Educator in the First Three Years Program. She comes to us from the Eugene Suzuki Music Academy Early Childhood Education class. "I really love working with parents," says Kenda. In her free time, she loves to read and make art, and is a parent herself!

Michael Finlay

Michael is a Parenting Educator, parent coach-in-training, and advocate for fatherhood. He runs This is Fatherhood, LLC and This is Fatherhood Blog and is committed to building a community of fathers and parents that are fully engaged with their children and families. Michael is a father of an 8-year old son and a 5-year old daughter and has been happily married for 13 years to his high school sweetheart. Michael is quick to point out that he is not an "expert," but has a lot of experience and learned knowledge and is excited about sharing the highs and lows of parenting with others so that he can also be the best dad for his kids. 


Kalina Glover Moresi

Kalina received her Master’s of Education in Curriculum and Teaching from the University of Oregon and continues her career as a licensed teacher. She has been in the teaching community for over 20 years and has wide experience from directing a preschool to teaching school psychology doctoral students on how to become teachers.

Jen Nelson

Jen is a Parenting Educator in Florence and surrounding areas for Parenting Now. She enjoys creating space for families to connect, normalizing their experiences and share evidence-based information about parenting.  Jen loves to connect families to community resources and other families! In her free time, she loves to garden, laugh, take a walk in the woods with her dogs, forage, and swim in the beautiful Siuslaw River. Jen is also owner of Nourishing Birth as a Full Spectrum Doula, a parent educator, and a THW Birth Doula accepting OHP.


Sean Cohen

Sean started his career in child development at Cal Poly Humboldt, engaging in several service orientated jobs like street outreach and service learning coordination. Upon graduation, Sean and his wife joined the Peace Corps where they served two years in Yambol, Bulgaria. There, he worked in a center for social support, a day center for children with special needs, and a home for children denied parental care. Sean has also worked at Head Start in Portland, and Google's Children Center in Mountain View California. Sean just recently became a father, and we are thrilled to have him on our team.


Jenny Mendoza

As a graduate student at UO, Jenny volunteered in PN's Squishtivities program and then became an intern in our First Three Years program. Today, Jenny is a Parenting Educator in the First Three Years program where she applies her background in developmental science to support PN families.

Kiara Dwyer-Wessling

Kiara is a Parenting Educator in our First Three Years program. She is brand new to Oregon after growing up in Ohio, going to school at the University of Kentucky, and, most recently, living in Jacksonville, Florida. Her background is in Psychology and French, having taught both subjects at a variety of levels. Kiara loves the application of psychological and social-emotional development in our programs! She loves traveling and discovering new places- feel free to give her all the recommendations of must-do's and top restaurants in Oregon.
