“What Does Family Look Like?” A Photo Exhibit at Parenting Now!
If you have been to Parenting Now!’s building on Centennial Loop in the last couple of months, you might have noticed some new photos on the walls. They are part of the Community Alliance of Lane County (CALC) traveling photo exhibit, “What Does Family Look Like?”
Parenting Now! welcomes ALL families and the “What Does Family Look Like?” photo project raises awareness of the many different types of families in Lane County. The exhibit is designed to counter stereotyping and helps us recognize and affirm that families of all kinds make up our community. It includes portraits from single parents, same sex parents and interracial, multi-generational, adoptive, and extended families.
