Baby Connection

Drop in for a weekly opportunity for families with new babies to meet other families, weigh babies and consult with a lactation specialist to learn about feeding. And, take home a free photo of your child. Housed at our facility and staffed by community volunteers and Parenting Now parenting educators, Baby Connection is offered Wednesdays, 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. No fee.


Healthy Families Lane County at Parenting Now

Voluntary, on-going in-home family support program for expectant and new parents. Family Support Workers provide parenting education, referral information, and support on a weekly/monthly basis until the child is 3 years old. Free to qualified applicants. Family Info Line

Provides free information, referrals and support from parent educators. Available in many languages. Calls are confidential. Family Info Line about the service or dial 211, then extension 5; send an e-mail to children@211info.org; or text the word children to 898211, then wait for a reply text before sending your question.


Playtime for Parents and Children

Scheduled playtimes for families with children younger than 4 years old. Parents and children play and meet other families. Playtime is held weekly, Mondays from 10 a.m. – noon, except for major holidays. Nominal fee. Call 541-484-5316 for more information or send us an e-mail.


Pregnancy and Postpartum Support (WellMama)

A safe and supportive environment for sharing your feelings and concerns about pregnancy, the first year after giving birth, and adoptive parenting! You will learn skills to help you cope, reduce anxiety, set realistic expectations, and ask for what you need. Offered by WellMama every Wednesday each month, 12:30-2 p.m. at Parenting Now Come to Baby Connection and stay for WellMama! Information on other days/times for groups is on the WellMama website. No fee.
