Sometimes we think that taking care of ourselves is selfish. In fact, caring for ourselves is an essential part of being a Parenting Educator. Join us for a time of sharing ways to care for ourselves and build resiliency to avoid burnout. And come away feeling more inspired to care for yourself!
Participants will:
- Consider what empties our cup
- Discuss what fills our cup
- Talk about how self-care impacts our work with families
- Consider realistic expectations during this stressful time
