Lysa Sangermano

My name is Lysa Sangermano and I am a Family Support Specialist with the Healthy Families program.  I have been with Healthy Families since 2001 and can still say to this day that I LOVE my job!  I have been married since 1995 and I have 3 children.  My oldest kids both attend the University of Oregon and are student athletes (basketball and volleyball) at Lane Community College.  My youngest son is in 6th grade, so it has been fun getting to do all of the "little kid" stuff again.  I live on 8 acres in Chesire, OR with our 4 dogs and 4 cats.  I enjoy Zumba and dancing of all kinds.  I feel incredibly lucky to have been able to do a job that I love for this long!

Katie Hankins

Katie is a Family Support Specialist that has been with Healthy Families Lane County for 16 years. She enjoys learning from and supporting the families she works with and being able to share in the joys and challenges of parenting. Favorite among these experiences is being witness to the ever developing and changing relationship between parent and child, celebrating successes and "firsts", and seeing the world through a child's eyes and wonder. Katie adores her family and enjoys spending time at the coast, a cup of dark roast coffee, reading, being crafty, and listening to podcasts.

Lydia Egts

Lydia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bushnell University ( formally Northwest Christian University) in 2013. Since then she has been working with families to support them in recognizing their biggest strengths and utilizing those to build secure attachments, bonding and parenting with empathy. She loves to meet people exactly where they are at and walk alongside them in this journey of raising loved and healthy children. Parenthood is the most exhausting and beautiful experience and it’s important to have someone there to listen, brainstorm with and be a support, which is what she is passionate about doing! She enjoys watching families grow and thrive and she learns something from each and every family that she works with. In her free time, Lydia loves spending time with her teenage daughter, running, hiking and being in nature to recharge! She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, checking out the restaurants in town or having quiet nights in with some podcasts or Netflix.
