Lynne has held diverse leadership and research roles in her more than 15 years of experience in private and non-profit settings in Oregon. Lynne has played key roles in organizational and board development and team management. She has developed and implemented research and evaluation programs and designed Internet-based health-related curricula and training programs for parents and children.
Lynne has had a highly successful funding track record (24 out of 26 applications funded in competitive National Institutes of Health grants), with awards in excess of $11 million over 10 years.
As an administrator and manager, Lynne’s fiscal/administrative management and communication skills lead to successful project outcomes and the recruitment and retention of highly productive and accountable teams.
